Security Alert: WordPress 4.7.3 Released

wordpressWordPress 4.7.3 was released today. As this update resolves several cross-site scripting and other vulnerabilities, it is recommended that you update to this version immediately. You can review a full explanation of vulnerabilities fixed on the WordPress website.

You can easily upgrade your WordPress installation in your WordPress Dashboard. Keep in mind that since this update will make changes to your WordPress core files, as well as your database, you’ll want to be sure that you have downloaded a current backup of your site.

KernelCare Now Included FREE with Management

Security Alert: X-Cart 4.x Patch Released

X-Cart has released a security update which addresses various vulnerabilities in the X-Cart Classic shopping cart software. Affected versions include 4.0.x through 4.7.4. This patch is named “security-patch-2016-01-12_4.x.х.tgz” and can be located in the File Area of your X-Cart Help Desk account.

It is highly recommended that customers running affected versions of this software apply this patch immediately. InclusiveHost customers are welcome to contact us for assistance with this upgrade.
